About
I hold both an MBA, and an M.Ed. I consider myself a process-focused educator, and I believe learning is a means of enabling effective performances on the job, so that associates can learn at the speed of change. This requires human performance improvement by creating deliverables that are scalable, and repeatable processes. These performance-based methodologies must be made available in a “just-in-time" format that leans away from “training events”. Further, I feel passionately that the key to accomplishing this, and the key to adult learning is only really accomplished when every student understands the objective of the lesson. Students must be able to answer the question: “What’s in it for me?” Only by generating intrinsic motivation for mastering the learning can we improve the student’s performance. Consequently, I provide this essential element to every training (technical or soft skill/leadership) that I develop and deliver.
