The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Affiliate Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of the online casino and sports betting industry and is ready to take on a multifaceted position.
As an Affiliate Product Manager, you will play a critical role in launching and growing our affiliate marketing channels, driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Operator Partnerships & Promotions:

- Proactively reach out to online casino and sports betting operators to present our channels as premium marketing opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals with operators for exclusive promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with operators, ensuring their needs are met and that our channels are seen as a valuable marketing asset.
Traffic Conversion & Revenue Maximization:

- Drive a results-oriented approach to converting traffic from PPC, email campaigns, and SEO into active users of our messaging platforms.
- Continuously analyze and optimize conversion funnels to ensure we maximize revenue from affiliate deals and sponsored content.
- Identify new opportunities for cross-promotions, upselling, and increasing user engagement to boost revenue.
Content Strategy & Creation:

- Develop engaging content ideas that resonate with our audience, including written content, video content, and voice recordings.
- Work with content creators and video editors to produce high-quality marketing assets for campaigns, emails, and social media.
- Design and execute campaigns that align with user interests, driving higher engagement and interaction within the messaging platforms.
Email Marketing & Campaign Management:

- Manage email send-outs, creating personalized email sequences that encourage users to join our platforms.
- Utilize tools to automate and scale outreach and improve deliverability.
- Track email campaign performance, and implement A/B testing to continuously refine subject lines, CTAs, and email content.
Channel Management & User Engagement:

- Oversee daily operations of the messaging platforms, ensuring that content is engaging, timely, and relevant.
- Use automation tools to manage key functions and improve user experience.
- Engage with the community, answer queries, and foster a sense of community within the groups.
Product & Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with developers and designers to create user-friendly landing pages, marketing assets, and visuals.
- Provide feedback and insights for product improvements, working closely with the development team to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Manage project timelines, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met for channel growth and product launches.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the online casino and sports betting industry, with a strong understanding of the market, trends, and user behavior.
- Proven track record in CRM management, account management, or product management within a similar environment.
- Excellent command of English; other languages are a plus.
- Strong understanding of messaging platforms and experience managing communities and channels.
- Knowledge of online casino games and familiarity with key operators and their promotional strategies.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving targets and maximizing revenue.
- Experience with email marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM software.
- Strong communication skills for managing operator relationships and engaging with the community.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
