Office Location: Sofia, Bulgaria.
In this role you will add value to PXP by:
Overseeing and delivering of Projects both related to the deployment of new PXP Product/ Features, and to internal IT related initiatives – such as an underway 'AI and Automation' initiative.
Ideally the Technical Project Manager will perform usual Project Management related duties and would also have the right technical knowledge in order to support with any process mapping exercises, low level planning and technical discussions for our technical related initiatives.
A typical week as an Technical Project Manager might involve:
- Creating in accordance to the project plan, the scope, list of deliverables, budget, risk assessment and work breakdown structure for any new project.
- Setting and tracking project milestones; managing and accounting for unforeseen delays, and realigning schedules and expectations as needed.
- Ensuring all parts of an assigned projects are processed, organised, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates. Where necessary, adapting timelines to achieve maximum benefit.
- Coordinating project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery (follow-ups).
- Providing regular reporting of ongoing projects statuses, open items, risks and timelines to involved stakeholders.
- Regularly communicating with customers/ clients/ stakeholders to arrange meetings, confirm project schedules, and discuss any project problems.
- Developing and communicating detailed specifications for implementation - depending on the needs of the Project.
- Performing administrative tasks related to project management, such as scheduling, documentation, and file management.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
- Providing regular reporting of ongoing projects main status at company level.
- Making regular risk assessments of the project and handling the according communication to involved stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Strong knowledge of Project Management concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Project Management software such as Wrike or any similar tool understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
- Proficiency with, or able to quickly become proficient with a range of general and specialised applications, software, and hardware used in the organisation and the Fintech industry.
- Organisational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track.
- The ability to Multitask.
- Strong Communication Skills both written and verbal - to coordinate with team members, vendors and management.
- A proactive mindset.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, to be able to understand and handle technical related topics with the required stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt to change.
We would love someone to have any of the following:
- Previous experience in AI driven implementations.
- Familiarity with ML, AI and RPA concepts.
- Additional Project Management Certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2.
- Knowledge and or experience within Fintech industry.
- Additional language skills.
