The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Japanese Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our Japanese-speaking customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, and chat in Japanese.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and service support.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Japanese (written and spoken) and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Japanese culture and business practices.
- Basic knowledge of industry-related knowledge or products.
