What We are looking for
The Senior Treasury Analyst at Novibet will play a crucial role in managing the company’s cash flow, liquidity, risk, and capital strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic gametech environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate treasury, a good understanding of the gaming/tech industry, and the ability to provide strategic insights on financial risk management, capital markets, and cash management. The Senior Treasury Analyst will collaborate across departments to ensure optimal utilization of financial resources, drive operational efficiencies, and support the company's global growth initiatives.
What you will work on
- Cash flow Management: Monthly cash flow forecast and weekly update
- Develops daily cash management and risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual treasury reports for senior management and stakeholders, offering insights on cash position, liquidity, and risk exposures
- Coverage funds: Daily monitoring of coverage funds vs bank balances (alert for % coverage and report discrepancies)
- Review the Payment Proposal Preparation
- Work closely with the accounting, finance, legal, and game development teams to align financial strategies with corporate goals
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with banking partners to optimize transaction processing, treasury management services, and credit facilities
- Analyze gaming market trends to inform capital allocation strategies, investment opportunities, and potential partnerships
- Recording of Treasury procedures and assist Treasurer in drafting Treasury Policies
- Lead Treasury Transformation projects, by assisting Treasurer in TMS implementation
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in economic studies, business, finance, or a similar field
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience is mandatory
- Previous working experience within online gaming industry will be an asset
- Strong computer skills with advanced MS Excel
- Efficient time management and organizational abilities
- Advanced numerical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of English language (both oral and verbal)
- Microsoft Dynamics Navision (ERP) experience will be considered an asset
