The Product Manager in the Benefits team will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of a product, from initial concept through to market launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.

✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy, which consists of market research to identify customer needs and market trends. Defining goals for your product inline with the product strategy;
- Facilitate meetings internally with the team to ensure alignment;
- Create and maintain a product roadmap to guide the development and launch processes;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support) to ensure successful product development and delivery;
- Manage the intake process of new requirements to the team;
- Prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals;
- Break down large initiatives into smaller pieces of incremental value;
- Write clear and concise product requirement documents in collaboration with the technical teams, and advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive and user-friendly;
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and quality delivery;
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features;
- Monitor product performance post-launch and collect customer feedback for continuous improvement;
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, obtaining buy in and sign off where required;
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future development;
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
- Analyze product performance data and report on product metrics;
- Identify opportunities for product optimization and growth based on data insights.

- Deep familiarity with software development methodologies;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail; well organised;
- Knowledge and experience with process & document management tools, such as Jira or Confluence;
- Proactive and independent thinker with proven ability to deliver the project from start to end;
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communications skills;
- Good presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences;
- A team player: works with others across the organisation to get things done;

- Previous experience in iGaming is a plus.
