As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a Communication Officer to strengthen its Communication team.Reporting to the manager responsible for these areas, you will play a role in promoting our employer brand, enhancing both internal and external communication. You will directly work with the manager and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the success of our initiatives.YOUR ROLEEmployer Branding and corporate communication:Assist in creating and distributing content on our website and our social media to position GAMING1 as top of mind for candidates: Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.Identify the most relevant themes and communication channels in collaboration with the manager.Produce, distribute, and organize communication content for these channels.Meet with necessary partners to correctly organize events or partnerships.Manage the allocated budget and analyze the return on investment of various actions taken.Internal Communication:Use and optimize internal communication tools (newsletter, Teams, monthly breakfasts, welcome brochure, digital terminals, etc.).Ensure the successful communication of initiatives and organizational projects to employees and stakeholders.Plan, edit, and write media content for internal communications (newsletters, welcome brochure, etc.).
