Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a part-time receptionist to work Monday through Friday, 1:00pm – 5:00pm. This is an in-office position based out of our Lakewood, New Jersey location.

What This Role Will Focus On…
The Receptionist provides administrative support by handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with shipping/receiving packages. This role fields questions and concerns from local executives and external clients, while ensuring they are connected to the right internal parties. This position may also assist with various administrative tasks, such as scanning, filing, or scheduling. We are seeking an individual that is comfortable working independently and with minimal direction.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answers, screens, and forwards incoming phone calls.
- Provides basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/video conference.
- Assists with daily mail and deliveries.
- Assists with shipping for USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Greets and welcomes visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Maintains the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Provides administrative support to local management, including coordinating meetings, such as data entry, filing, and in special projects.
- Coordinates with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials:
- Previous experience in a related position is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint is required.
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients.
- Must have the ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Lakewood, NJ office.
Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 20 hours per week. Preferably a 1pm – 5pm schedule.
Pay: $18/hour
Travel: No travel involved.
