We're looking for a Finance & Administrative Officer to join the team at our brand-new office in Cyprus.

The Role
As a Finance & Admin Officer, you will play a key role in our team, handling a variety of administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and managing confidential documents. You will also support our finance team with general accounting duties. You'll work closely with Despina, our CFO, on a daily basis, and you'll collaborate with the wider finance team too.
This role suits someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the growth of our company. You'll have the chance to make a real impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including printing, filing, and organizing confidential documents
- Support the finance team with general accounting duties, ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Handle bank applications and transactions
- Collaborate daily with Despina (CFO) and the wider finance team
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform data entry as required
What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles (we're open to more senior candidates too)
- Experience with bank applications and processes
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certifications like ACCA or CPA (preferred but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Loyalty and reliability, as you'll be a key member of our close-knit team
