We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition Team.
Responsibilities:
- Screen and select profiles with relevant experience for open vacancies, ensuring a strong match between candidates and positions.
- Conduct proactive searches, approach potential applicants, and build talent pipelines through various sourcing strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, screening applications, conducting online and offline interviews, and maintaining engagement with candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business needs and assist with onboarding.
- Prepare job offers and ensure a smooth candidate journey, from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Identify innovative methods for talent attraction and continuously explore new recruitment channels.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with team members to contribute to a positive and efficient recruitment process.
- Track and document each stage of the recruitment cycle, ensuring transparency and alignment with team goals.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new employees, providing support to help them integrate smoothly into the team and company culture.
- Participate in industry-related networking events to stay informed about trends and to expand the company's recruitment network.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Solid understanding of IT recruitment processes with the ability to effectively pre-screen applicants for technical roles
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, adapting to changing business needs
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Boolean search, BambooHR, and other platforms
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain trust with hiring managers and stakeholders
- A good grasp of current market trends and the IT industry landscape
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Russian is an advantage
