Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sports CRM Manager to join our rapidly growing company in Malta. The Sports CRM Manager will lead our sports customer relationship management efforts to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. Your role will involve developing and executing CRM strategies, analysing customer data, and optimizing communication channels with focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of customers.
The Role:
- Develop and implement effective Sports CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Responsible for the client’s sportsbook sites being updated and maintained through all channels
- Analyze customer data and behaviors to segment audiences and create targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, trading, and product teams to align CRM efforts with business objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance in terms of best practices and being data driven around our Sportsbook campaigns & marketing.
- Optimize communication channels, including email, SMS, and social media, to deliver personalized and relevant content.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in CRM activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies, including monitoring and reporting on competitor behaviour in key markets in order to help stimulate and improve our own product and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Proficient level of English.
- Deep understanding of Sportsbook product and a passion for and knowledge of Sports
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Sports CRM management within the iGaming field.
- Experience with Softswiss sports backoffice desired, but not essential.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, data analysis, and communication strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging customer experiences.
