- Bachelor’s
in law or equivalent.
- Good
knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- High
degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Communication,
interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability
to multitasking and work under urgency.
- Fluent
working proficiency in Spanish and advance level in English.
- Loves
sports, games and/or entertainment.
- Provide
legal advice on regulations and laws applicable to the gaming industry. In
addition to identifying and mitigating legal and compliance risks.
- Maintaining
relationships with regulators and ensuring that the company complies with
all regulations. In addition to conducting company audits.
- Creating
monthly reports to track compliance with industry policies.
- Development
of policies and procedures to prevent money laundering and provide ongoing
training to employees on AML policies.
- Developing
responsible gambling programs and policies that promote responsible
gambling among customers, under group guidelines. Monitoring player
behavior to identify potential gambling problems.
