As the Studio Manager at WICKED Games, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and
leading the operations of a new Live Casino studio in Armenia. This high-impact leadership role involves overseeing the studio’s setup, gaming operations, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective team management. You will collaborate closely with clients, suppliers,and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and studio expansion. This position reports directly to the Head of Live Casino and involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring efficiency and adherence to regulations.

Oversee the planning, establishment, and ongoing management of the Live Casino studio to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy, objectives, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete setup and configuration of the live casino studio according to the pre-established plan.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to studio policies and creating a secure,productive environment.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and optimise resource allocation to support operational demands.
- Implement workflows and procedures that streamline processes across departments for maximum efficiency.
- Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring accurate documentation of studio
processes, policies, and operational activities.
- Analyse operational data to make informed decisions, solving problems that may arise during studio setup and operations.
- Monitor the work environment to detect and address potential issues.
- Project Coordination & Gaming Operations
Overview:
Led and direct projects within the studio, ensuring the timely execution of initiatives while
maintaining the highest quality of gaming operations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to plan, direct, and deliver all studio projects on time and within scope.
- Oversee gaming operations to ensure compliance with regulatory and operational
standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of gaming services and projects.
- Monitor the progress of studio projects and gaming operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Plan and prioritise operational objectives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all activities comply with studio rules, occupational health and safety guidelines, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide clear, consistent communication with team members and external stakeholders.
Key Client Management & Strategic Planning

Maintain and enhance relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and aligning
studio operations with their evolving needs. Collaborate closely with the management team to
develop strategies that maximize client opportunities and drive studio growth.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction by regularly engaging with key clients to understand their
needs, preferences, and feedback.
- Develop tailored strategies and operational plans in collaboration with the management team to address client-specific requirements and enhance service delivery.
- Listen actively to client feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring operational adjustments are made to meet expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and operations, to
ensure seamless integration of client requirements into studio processes.
- Create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to clients.
- Monitor client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships are maintained, and
address issues promptly.
- Provide monthly reports and weekly updates to clients regarding project progress,
operational performance, and industry trends.
- Anticipate client needs by staying informed about market trends and developments in the live casino industry.
Stakeholder Relationships & HR Management
