Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior CRM Manager to join our rapidly growing company in Malta. The Junior CRM Manager is a great opportunity for an experienced CRM coordinator looking for a career step up. Your role will involve developing and executing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and optimizing communication channels with focus on conversion, retention and reactivation of customers.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and delivering accurate briefs of all campaign strategically planned by the CRM Managers to content, affiliates and design departments, to the ensure that the entire team is well-informed and prepared to develop and deliver creative, compelling and effective marketing materials across various platforms and channels
- Configure campaign setup using our main CRM platform and internal promotional tools.
- Launching and testing process for campaigns & promotions across multiple devises
- Continuously A/B testing campaigns to improve open and click through rates and create basic reports
- Assisting with customer database segmentation to optimize player retention strategies
- Making sure that all the tasks have flawless quality and are timely delivered
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in CRM activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging CRM technologies.
- Performing other tasks as maybe be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Proficient level of English.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in casino CRM management within the iGaming field.
- Experience in one or more of the listed CRM tools: Marketing Cloud, Solitics, Brevo or/and Customer.io is desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good analytical and project management skills
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging customer experiences.
