We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The HR Executive will be more involved in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This position will work closely with management and employees to ensure smooth HR functions, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Oversee the full onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires, from orientation sessions to integration into the team.
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, feedback analysis, and final clearance.
- Employee Records Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to employee records in HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Lead the preparation of detailed HR reports and documentation for management review.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, participate in the interview and selection process.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Serve as a trusted advisor for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Support and implement performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and development plans.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, maintaining a positive work environment.
- Administrative and Payroll Support:
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement.
- Prepare and distribute important HR communications, such as policy updates and company announcements.
HR Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and systems, ensuring greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a progressive HR role.
- Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong knowledge of English and Greek languages.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS).
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
