The Role
The primary responsibility of this role is to reactivate existing players through targeted email campaigns and strategic cold calling. Additionally, the role involves reaching out to players experiencing difficulties with deposits, ensuring they receive the necessary support to resolve their issues. The objective is to maintain a positive player experience, even in challenging situations. This position offers attractive incentives for each successfully reactivated player and for the conversion of failed deposits.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding player movements, actions and activities with the intention of identifying possible reasons for failed deposit attempts.
- Contacting players in order to be able to assist them with registration issues and deposit issues.
- Following up on unresponsive customers.
- Reactivating existing customers.
- Documenting results of contacted players.
- Understanding the payment issues that player is facing.
- Understanding and maintaining flows of PSPs to assist and re direct players.
- Monitoring Failed deposit channels.
- Proactively keeping up to date with internal procedures.
- Ensuring Task Handover is compiled accordingly.
- Working closely with internal departments
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of Payment Systems within the gambling industry
- Experience in Outbound Cold Calling
- Experience in Sales will be considered an asset
- German Speaking is considered an asset
- Able to work independently
- Able to work shifts and weekends when required
