Business Development and Client Acquisition You will spearhead efforts to identify new business opportunities, manage relationships with potential clients, and drive sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the iGaming industry.
- Develop and expand the sales pipeline by continuously identifying new business opportunities.
- Present WICKED GAMES’ value proposition effectively through tailored sales materials and presentations.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by securing new clients and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the Team lead to align on strategic goals and team sales targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction, by facilitating the handover process from Sales to Integration and Account Management.
Sales Process Optimization and Reporting Ensure the sales process is efficient and continuously improved to maximize revenue and streamline client onboarding.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain internal tools to track and ensure the accuracy of sales data.
- Oversee contract negotiations and due diligence processes in collaboration with the Legal and Compliance teams.
- Facilitate the handover of new clients to the Account Management and Integration teams.
- Report on monthly and quarterly KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Present your finding to the team lead to improve company performance
- Optimize sales processes and workflows to improve overall efficiency and client satisfaction.
Industry Representation and Market Expansion Position WICKED GAMES as a leader in the iGaming space by promoting brand awareness and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Represent WICKED GAMES at key industry exhibitions and events to showcase our products and raise brand awareness.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for market expansion, focusing on the activity of operators, markets, and competitors.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to stay informed about trends and emerging opportunities.
- Support the Marketing and Account Management teams in upselling to existing operators and resellers.

Professional Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales within the iGaming industry.
- Proven track record in selling aggregation and game content-related services.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming industry and regulated markets.
- Established a network within the industry.
- Ability to sell to mid-sized and large international clients.
- Self-motivated, with a passion for sales and business development.
