As aContent Operations Assistant, you will work closely with the Content Director to manage daily tasks, coordinate with content managers and linguists, ensure deadlines are met, and help to uphold the quality of various types and formats of content.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with content managers and linguists to ensure timely delivery of content and meeting project deadlines
- Periodically handle task assignments for content production
- Monitor workload and track deliverables for content projects, ensuring everything is on schedule
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling and attending meetings, reporting on project progress, and updating relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, including SEO, sales, design and product development, to align content with broader business objectives
- Quality control of written content to ensure it meets brand guidelines and accuracy
- Oversee the content update process for both new and existing content, ensuring it is optimized for accuracy, relevancy, and performance
- Assist in quality assurance processes to review content before and after publication, ensuring it meets the web content and company’s standards
Requirements:
- Experience from journalism, linguistics or other relevant related fields
- Open to mentorship from senior colleagues and to skill development
- Understanding of content editing, coordination or management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to oversee multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar systems
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Keen to work both independently and collaboratively with remote colleagues
- Proactive approach and can-do attitude, with passion for quality content
Considered a Plus:
- Understanding of iGaming and content marketing
- Proficiency in other language(s)
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization principles
- Experience with content & project management tools (e.g., WordPress, CAT tools, Trello, Asana, or similar)
