Focus Area 1: Marketing Project Management & Brand Collaboration

- Develop and Manage Project Plans:
- Create detailed project plans for all marketing initiatives, including game releases, outlining timelines, milestones, and deliverables for components like social media, mailers, blog posts, videos, and partner communications.
- Collaborate on Strategic Marketing Initiatives:
- Translate the Head of Brand’s vision into actionable marketing strategies. Ensure all campaigns align with the brand’s strategic goals, particularly for game launches and brand awareness.
- Coordinate Teams and Manage Resources:
- Lead cross-functional teams (design, content, development, external partners) to ensure seamless project execution. Efficiently manage resources, including time and budget, to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor and Adjust Progress:
- Track the progress of marketing projects, particularly game releases, making necessary adjustments to stay aligned with goals and deadlines. Ensure all elements—such as assets, materials, and content—are delivered on schedule.
- Conduct Evaluations and Improve Processes:

You will manage and optimise relationships with affiliates, streamers, and media partners, ensuring they are equipped to promote the company titles effectively. Additionally, you will oversee the planning and execution of event marketing strategies, representing the company at key trade shows and industry events to maximise brand exposure and engagement.

- Manage Affiliate and Streamer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, streamers, and media partners, providing them with the necessary game assets, promotional materials, and support to maximise promotional efforts.
- Plan and Execute Event Marketing Strategies:
- Lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for trade shows and events, including stand design, sponsorships, and promotional materials. Coordinate with the Head of Brand and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Oversee Event Preparation and Coordination:
- Manage event preparation, including media plans, advertising allocations, and the creation of promotional materials. Use ClickUp to coordinate with teams and ensure timely delivery of all event-related tasks.
- Monitor Partner Performance:
- Track and evaluate the performance of affiliates, streamers, and partners, ensuring commitments are met and content remains accurate and timely. Provide feedback and support to optimise their promotional activities.
- Enhance Event Presence:
- Represent the company effectively at industry events, preparing and managing media plans, briefing designers on event assets, and overseeing successful project execution.
- Integrate Event and Partner Strategies with Marketing Plans:
- Align event and partner strategies with broader marketing plans, including game release initiatives, to support the company goals and drive brand growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
