Head of Digital Marketing

Reponsabilites:

Develop strategies and tactics for corporate/brand marketing in liaison with the CMO
Deploy successful digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Ensure the deployment of communities on social networks and the visibility of SiGMA Group across its
verticals
Intradepartmental process engineering (analysing current procedures, points for improvement and correcting
processes to improve productivity and the flow of service and information) to be presented to the CMO
Performance analysis reports for each team member/department/KPIs to be presented to the CMO
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely in
concert with the Head of Media
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behaviors and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Ensure the deployment/performance of social networks) and adapt to the innovations of each of the platforms
Ensure the maintenance and daily upkeep of each platform
Maintain and update paid subscriptions for the Digital Marketing Department and provide a quarterly OR
yearly report on usage/cost to the CMO
Train employees in new social media, social-selling, and marketing skills Upskill self + the team
Ensure the quality of all digital marketing deliveries
Build a strong, happy, motivated and productive team (developing team engagement and skills)
Communicate with the CMO to ensure continued liaison between the other Creative Media departments
(Content, Design, Video, Digital production) as well as other Departments (Sales, Event/Logistics, Finance, C-
Level)
Ensuring the development and efficiency of our with Media Partner partnership and agreement
Compliance: Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with legal regulations and industry standards
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in digital marketing activities and develop strategies to mitigate
them.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
Innovative Solutions: Identify and implement innovative marketing solutions to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

Master’s degree in business, Marketing, Digital, communications, or related field
5Year Experience in Marketing and running a Marketing team
Proven Marketing campaign Experience
Effective time management skills and the Ability to multitask
Strong copywriting skills · Attention to detail
Professional and proactive work ethic
High competence in project and stakeholder management
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral Communication skills
Experience with digital Marketing forms such as social media Marketing and Content Marketing
Proven leadership experience · Strong marketing expertise
