The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Casino Games Coordinator to oversee the management and execution of a top-tier casino and games product from our office in Malta.
The chosen candidate will work as part of the B2B casino team, handling various responsibilities to guarantee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our casino platform with various clients.
This role also involves collaborating closely with multiple internal and external teams, including compliance, CRM, finance, casino product management, as well as third-party game providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving as the primary contact with game service providers and driving enhancements in the regulated market for which you are responsible.
- Handling the introduction of new games and ensure the maintenance of already existing ones across different regulatory markets.
- Adjusting game availability, settings and accesses from the casino platform back-office.
- Ensuring ownership of game aggregator platform and related features (tournaments, jackpots, free spins).
- Owning the development and maintenance of the games roadmap.
- Ensuring casino product adheres to all pertinent regulatory requirements in relation to games and game service providers.
- Maintaining and managing relationships with third-party game providers.
- Supporting with onboarding and contract signing of new clients, providing any required regulatory documentation in relation to game service providers.
- Assisting with the execution of projects, such as new provider integrations and market-specific regulatory integrations.
- Collaborating with the development and product team to ensure that games are tested in both development and live environments following established testing procedures, and working to resolve any technical issues.
- Performing testing when required to ensure the user experience remains a top priority.
Skill Requirements:
- Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with third-party vendors via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects under pressure, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A strong eye for detail and quality assurance.
- A forward-thinking mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes, always prioritizing client and user experience.
- A results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Creativity and innovation, with a lateral thinking approach to adapting to market and technological trends.
