As an Online Marketing Executive, you
will play a crucial role in executing our online marketing strategies to
enhance customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. You will work closely
with the marketing team to manage CRM tools, analyze campaign performance, and
optimize marketing efforts across various digital channels.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 1+ year of experience working in a marketing or CRM team, ideally within the online gaming industry or a similar sector. Experience with content and/or campaign management systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is essential for managing and optimizing marketing campaigns effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content development and campaign execution. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to analyze marketing performance metrics and derive actionable insights to improve campaign execution. Experience in utilizing data to enhance content, offers, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Lead planning, execution, and optimization of online campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and PPC. Manage projects to align with central plans, following best practices and regulatory standards.
- Create targeted campaigns for onboarding, deposits, retention, and reactivation. Use CRM tools for segmentation, personalized communication, and tracking customer interactions for impactful campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, customer support, and design teams to ensure campaigns align with brand standards, meet compliance, and provide a seamless customer experience.
- Track and report key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, ROI), using data insights to optimize campaigns and improve engagement while reducing unsubscribe rates.
- Collaborate with content teams to align strategies and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine marketing efforts.
