Responsibilities:
- Supervises the maintenance of buildings and adjacent spaces;
- Ensures the proper functioning of all building functions and services;
- Oversees the quality of work performed by subordinates to ensure all tasks are completed correctly and efficiently;
- Develops and implements strategies to optimize energy efficiency and manage building sustainability;
- Oversees, reviews, and concludes contracts; seeks suppliers for services (cleaning, catering, HVAC, etc.);
- Negotiates and manages contracts with service providers (cleaning, renovations, maintenance, etc.);
- Monitors expenses and optimizes operational costs;
- Structures resources and activities within the team or department; distributes responsibilities and tasks based on competencies and available resources;
- Maintains effective communication with other departments to understand and meet their needs, collaborating with management teams to align strategies and organizational objectives;
- Performs other activities within the company in accordance with their training and skills, at the request the Head of Security, Safety & Facility.Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years work experience on a similar position;
- Prior experience in successful leading and managing teams and projects;
- Organization skills, time management, prioritizing and knowing how to handle a complex and varied workload;
- Excellent communication and proficiency in the English language.
