Promotions Manager – based in Malta or Poland

We are looking for an Promotions Manager to become a friend and partner to all existing and new Kalamba Games clients.
Your key skills and attributes:
- Experience in the online gaming industry B2C or B2B, preferably B2B/provider facing.
- Experience in managing promotional engagement tools and a clear understanding of how they work.
- A clear understanding of promotion campaign performance, with emphasis on managing Targets/KPIs/benchmarking/ROI AND how to optimise campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously with a keen focus on ‘Administration’.
- You can think outside the box and have an outgoing personality.
- You are able to convey Kalamba’s vision in a professional yet friendly manner.
- You are fluent in English and ideally speak at least one other language.
- Target-oriented self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Business-level English and/or any other European language skills.
- Understanding of commercial agreements and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience.
- Drive to understand global industry trends and the i-gaming industry as a whole.
- Understanding of regulated and non-regulated market requirements.
As a Promotions Manager at Kalamba, your daily tasks and activities will include:
- Promotional roadmap: Develop innovative promo strategies using Kalamba’s Bullseye suite to accomplish objectives and boost long-term profitability.
- Ongoing management of all promotions performance against business objectives with the commercial team as key stakeholders.
- Promotional tools roadmap: Manage the scope, administration, and campaign development of all promotional campaigns, ensuring that all campaigns are being recorded, promoted, and delivered in line with operator agreements, and working with the account management team to resolve any issues relating to the campaign.
- Drive operational improvements for cost savings to improve customer satisfaction.
- Grow the player base to increase revenue and ROI across multiple online campaigns.
- Present monthly analysis and reporting on all promotions performance to the Exec level, focusing on campaign implementation, performance versus agreed target metrics, and the effective management of campaign monitoring for the duration of all promotions.
- Assist sales and account management teams and communicate with cross-departmental teams such as BI, Legal, and Marketing on a daily basis.
- Manage and analyze competitor and industry promotions to provide the partnership management team with new opportunities to boost game performance, brand awareness, and revenue.
- Oversee market research to further enhance our promotions portfolio and present recommendations to ensure that Kalamba remains at the forefront of promotional campaign innovation.
