Position Summary
This is an exciting and varied role for an aspiring HR Generalist looking to gain experience in a European Shared Service centre. The successful HR Operations Associate will play a vital role in providing a first-class service to our wonderful Creators and responding to their queries within the required SLAs.
- The People Service Centre in EMEA is an exciting new team that has been curated to provide excellent customer service to over 1000 employees across 8 different countries.
- The People Service Centre manage and implement HR processes, policies and practices across the region as well as maintaining employee data in the HRIS.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent first line support to our employees through the People Service Centre.
- Implementing and administering HR processes, policies and practices across EMEA countries.
- Ensure accurate data input in to the HRIS benefits system and payroll.
- Onboard new Creators in their roles by carrying out inductions and supporting managers during the process.
- Provide support to Creators throughout the employee lifecycle including the processing of starters, leavers and changes.
- Support the Specialists, Senior Specialists and managers on projects
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Strong relationship building and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Effective time management skills with the ability to meet set deadlines
- Greek and English proficient language skills are essential
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills
- Previous experience in a HR based role and/or a degree in Human Resources
- Workday experience is advantageous
- Strong IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
