The role:
As a Marketing Manager your focus will be on defining and executing a marketing plan for the Greek region, managing budgets, and aligning strategies with senior leadership and the Country Director. Key responsibilities include content creation, digital marketing, online advertising, and event coordination. You will manage relationships with third-party advertisers, YouTubers, affiliates, and streamers to ensure strong brand exposure across multiple channels. Additional duties include overseeing marketing materials, implementing promotional activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The role also involves translating content into Greek and analysing marketing performance using tools like SEO, Google Analytics, and performance-based advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Define marketing plan and manage the budget assigned to the region in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director.
- Proactively develop ideas and opportunities for future clients and collaboration.
- Creating, proofreading, and posting content across multiple digital channels. (e.g., blogs, media, and social media)
- Develop and implement an online advertising strategy (banners, editorials, interviews), as well as maintain the relationship with the third-party advertisers.
- Define, organize, and coordinate events the Greece focused team needs to attend, such as conferences, team building events, events with clients, etc. in accordance with senior leadership and Country Director.
- Work with graphic designers to create banners, images, and other marketing materials.
- Management and ownership of marketing and sales materials including website content, brochures, merchandise, etc.
- Enusring maximum brand exposure across multiple channels.
- Manage relationships with our YouTube/affiliates/streaming partners – ensuring we get prominent and positive coverage all year round.
- Identify new affiliates/streamers and on-board them on our product/services.
- Motivate existing affiliates and streamers to optimize performance.
- Develop & maintain a strong network and one-on-one relationships with key YouTuber/affiliates and streamers.
- Review affiliate sites, YouTube/streamer as well as other media contents and marketing practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulation.
- Create and propose new promotion/actions to distribute to the affiliate networks and streamers/other social media.
- Set up performance dashboard to review the monthly KPIs / budget allocation.
- Responsible for the content translation from English into Greek of all our contents as games, PR, Banners, etc.Basic knowledge of SEO, Google analytics, ad-serving, CPC, and performance-oriented advertising.
Requirements:
- Must bring a strong portofolio of affiliates on the Greek iGaming market (influencers, streamers, etc.)
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Greek online gambling advertising regulation will be appreciated.
- Experience with advertising on various social media platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Instagram etc.)
- Ability to source and retain new affiliate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills – able to analyse performance and capable of using this analysis to drive better placements.
- Friendly, passionate, and energetic.
- Proficiency in Greek and English - with ability to translate content accurately.
