Position Summary
Creator of visual elements, effects and layouts used in electronic games, websites or software products. Communicates proposed visual elements during pre-production phase of development with the use of concept art and story boards. Drafts character and story images, backgrounds with application of highly developed artistic skill, knowledge of mechanical and anatomical movement, architecture and feature representation. Demonstrates appropriate usage of color, lighting, composition, perspective, and mood through look, expression and emotion on people, places and things. Develops work product through fluent use of 3D graphics packages such as 3ds Max and Maya, as well as 2D packages such as Photoshop.

Job Description • Creating Early Concepts: Create concept art to establish the visual style, mood, and atmosphere of the game, covering characters, backgrounds & props based on project's theme and direction during the early stages of development. • Art Design: Develop the art of a character, environment & other props designs align with the game's narrative and gameplay needs. • Time Management: Keep to scheduled task deadlines, and communicate any issues with meeting deadlines to the lead ahead of time for assistance. • Review Meetings: Have+ art prepared for questions during review meetings and be ready to discuss progress and any challenges encountered. • Game Review and Feedback: Review the game on a regular basis, making notes of any issues and discussing them with the lead for feedbacks. • Storyboarding and Visual Narrative: Create storyboards and visual narratives to convey key story beats and gameplay moments to the development team and stakeholders. • Iterative Design Process: Participate in an iterative design process, creating multiple iterations of concept art to explore different ideas and solutions before finalizing designs. • Adaptability and Flexibility: Be adaptable in responding to changes in project scope and deadlines, and iterate on designs to meet evolving needs and priorities. • Ownership: Have the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks given. ➢ 4+ years experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. ➢ Good knowledge in any 3D software’s like 3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Maya or Blender. ➢ Basic knowledge of Unity game engine. ➢ Good communication skills. ➢ Graduate in art relevant field. ➢ Ability to acquire knowledge in new tools and software’s when require.
