You will join the Reskins Studio, a team that creates games based on existing titles in the portfolio by producing 1:1 reskins. The team operates with a very clear and structured approach to delivery, meaning the games must be completed and delivered in a specific way. The goal is to deliver six games per month, so the pace is fast.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve checking in with the Art Team, ensuring delivery schedules are met, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date, and overseeing all projects.
You'd be working alongside one other Game Producer, and both would report to the Head of the Studio. You would both take full ownership to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets the required standards.
The Interview Process:
1st Interview: 45 min call with our recruiter
2nd Interview: 1-hour video call with Anna, our Head of Studio and Sebastian, one of our Game Producers. We'll cover some technical questions, chat about your past experiences, understand your goals, and give you clarity on what working in this role will look like
