At Rockbite Games an Office Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office․
- Keeping the office running by ordering snacks, stationery, furniture, etc.
- Coordinating work with partner companies (accounting, IT admins etc)․
- Organize international business trips from start to finish, making sure every detail is perfect.
- Developing and implementing office policies․
- Manage office expenses and prepare expense reports․
- Organizing team events․
- Take on simple tasks, dive deep into research, and deliver outstanding results.
What we are looking for:
- At least min 2 years of experience in Office Management
- Young enthusiastic full of positive energy and vibes person․
- Thrive on interacting with people and truly listen to their needs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask․
- You have a problem-solving approach to work․
- Your English is close to super․
- You love to take initiative and rock it․
- Effective oral and written communication skills․
- Good teamwork and communication skills․
